ladies' parlor has hand painted paper on the walls and ceiling. It
features a white marble fireplace with a beautiful tile mosaic.

are five large elegant bedrooms on the second floor. They were designed
for gracious living.
An elevator services all 3 floors. At the time the building was constructed elevators were rare in any setting and virtually unknown in residential structures. It is still operational.

staircase is graced with a beautiful stain glass window.
Many distinguished guest have dined in the this elaborate dining room.

the Solarim the tile floor slopes to a drain in the center in case
water is spilled while watering the plants.
